The police are no longer permitted to merely "keep the peace". If the police are called, it is most likely that one or both parties will be arrested. Further, a simple request to "drop the charges" by the victim won't work. The government is going to press for a conviction in spite of the request of the victim. The only way to fight back is through an attorney by jury trial or plea bargain agreement.

As a Police Officer for 10 years, Mr. Wolfe investigated hundreds of domestic violence cases. A review of your case by Mr. Wolfe may uncover mistakes made by the police which may provide a valid defense or an improved plea bargain.
As a prosecutor with the San Diego District Attorney's Office, Mr. Wolfe was assigned to a specialized unit responsible for the prosecution of domestic violence cases. During this time, Mr. Wolfe received specialized training in domestic violence investigation and prosecution.
Mr. Wolfe is now prepared to use this unmatched training and experience to work for you and your case.
